What is Jimnus?
Jimnus is an AI assistant for everyone. You can chat with it to get answers, draft and summarize text, brainstorm ideas, and generate images — all from one simple app, in your language.
How does my plan work?
Your plan gives you a monthly allowance for chatting and generating images that resets each billing cycle. Upgrade your plan any time for more capacity.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open Subscription in the app. From there you can choose or change your plan — a larger plan gives you more monthly capacity, effective right away.
What languages does Jimnus support?
Jimnus supports English, Amharic (አማርኛ), and Oromiffa (Afaan Oromoo). You can read the app and talk to the assistant in any of them.
How do I change my language preference?
Go to Profile → Language and pick your preferred language. It's applied to new conversations right away.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion in the app under Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. If you have any trouble, email us and we'll help.
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you see a response or image that seems harmful or inappropriate, please email us with a short description (and a screenshot if you can). We review every report and take action to keep Jimnus safe.
Is my data private?
Yes. We only use your data to provide and improve the service, and we never sell it. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I use Jimnus offline?
No. Jimnus needs an internet connection to chat and generate images, because the AI runs in the cloud.
Why do I see "You've reached your monthly limit"?
It means you've used up your plan's allowance for this cycle. You can keep going by upgrading your plan in Subscription — your allowance also resets on your next billing date.
